Custom-Built and Modified by Force Motoring
1995 Toyota HZJ75 Land Cruiser
Classic 4x4 is proud to present this custom-built and modified 1995 Toyota HZJ75 Land Cruiser, featured at the 2025 SEMA Show. In addition to being showcased in Venom Power’s 2025 SEMA Show floor display, this four-door 70 Series was featured on the cover of Traxion Magazine. This iconic and capable 4x4 was custom-designed, modified, and built by Force Motoring to conquer any terrain.
Finished in a custom-designed Gulf Racing livery patina-style vinyl wrap, this Land Cruiser commands attention wherever it goes. Inside, the PRP Competition Elite bucket seats are finished in Edge Orange and Carbon Fiber Black vinyl with black stitching. Black German square weave carpeting and gray interior panels complement the interior. Modern comforts include touchscreen digital media stereo, LED lighting, modified multi-link coil-over suspension, four-wheel power disc brakes, and power steering.
Power comes from the turbocharged and intercooled 1HZ 4.2-liter inline 6-cylinder diesel engine, paired with a H55F 5-speed manual transmission and dual-range transfer case. Trail Gear modified 80 Series Land Cruiser axles mounted on a custom 3-link front and 4-link rear suspension with Fox coil-over shocks delivering legendary four-wheel-drive capability.
This extensively custom-designed, fabricated, and modified 1995 Toyota HZJ75 is a true tribute to the legacy of classic Land Cruisers — seamlessly blending vintage charm, rugged 4x4 capability, and modern enhancements.
Whether you are a serious collector, an enthusiast seeking a purpose-built modified example, or someone who appreciates a trail-ready icon with SEMA Show provenance, this 70 Series Land Cruiser represents a rare opportunity to own a standout piece of automotive history.
History
Introduced by Toyota in 1984, the 70 Series Land Cruisers remain in production today and have only ever been available in the international markets. This makes imported 70 Series Land Cruisers among the most iconic and collectible Toyotas in the United States, celebrated for their rugged simplicity and timeless design.
This 1995 Toyota HZJ75 Land Cruiser was produced at the Honsha Plant in Toyota City, Japan as a purpose-built Japanese Domestic Market firefighting pumper truck. After retiring from government service, it was acquired, imported, and added to the current owner’s collection in 2022 and underwent a multi-year comprehensive custom build and modification completed in 2025. As part of the current owner’s private Land Cruiser collection, it was chosen to be showcased in the Venom Power Tires floor display at the 2025 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Land Cruiser holds a clear New Hampshire registration in the current owner’s name and is located in Pownal, Maine. The vehicle will be sold on the current New Hampshire Registration and Bill of Sale, as New Hampshire exempts motor vehicles 1999 or earlier from standard titling requirements. The original Pennsylvania title reflecting the current owner’s purchase will be included in the sale. The funds and documentation transfer will be securely facilitated by our pay and title partner, KeySavvy. The odometer reads approximately 8,776 kilometers (approximately 5,453 miles), which is believed to be actual given its previous use as a purpose-built firefighting vehicle.
Exterior
The exterior presents exceptionally well, reflecting a high level of attention to detail in its custom design and fabrication. The original body is finished in fire engine red and covered in a custom-designed patina-style Gulf Racing livery vinyl wrap. The original 4-door cab was retained and modified with a custom-built flat bed with fuel cell, rear winch and rear headache rack with spare tire, fender flares, rock slider side steps and front winch bumper. The powder-coated black original frame was modified to accommodate the custom suspension and rear bed. A small dent on the air intake snorkel and normal wear and tear are shown in the gallery.

Interior
The custom-designed and fabricated two-passenger right hand drive interior presents beautifully while balancing vintage aesthetics with modern, purposeful upgrades and conveniences. The interior of the body is finished in safety orange with the original gray trim, black German weave carpeting, sound and thermal insulation, PRP Competition Elite bucket seats and custom storage compartments in the rear.

Mechanical
The modified powertrain delivers both reliability and capability with exceptional style. The original low-mileage 1HZ diesel engine was modified with a turbocharger, intercooler, snorkel air intake and dual batteries. The original low-mileage H55F transmission and dual-range transfer case were retained, with the exception of removing the power take off that powered the rear-mounted pumps from when it was a firefighting vehicle. The custom-designed, fabricated, and modified frame, 3-link front and 4-link rear suspension with Fox adjustable coil-over shocks, and 80 Series axles with power disc brakes are what elevate this Land Cruiser into its own stratosphere. The fuel cell does not have a sending unit; therefore, the gas gauge is inoperable.
