The frame-off, nut-and-bolt restoration was performed by premier Bronco specialists, ASC 4x4 of Los Angeles, California. Power comes from a modern Ford Performance Gen II 5.0L V8 Coyote crate engine paired with a 6R80 6-speed automatic transmission and dual-range twin-stick Dana 20 transfer case with WARN front locking hubs. The Dana 44 front and Ford 9” rear limited slip axles drive power to all four wheels. The uncut body and hardtop are finished in New Lime with Wimbledon White accents. Inside, the luxurious interior features butterscotch leather with tan weave cloth accents.
Modern comfort and safety features include air conditioning, power locks, alarm, custom stereo, backup camera, power running boards, power steering, hydro boost power disc brakes, LED lighting, family safety cage, and front bucket seats and rear bench seats with three-point seatbelts.

History
The first-generation Ford Bronco (1966–1977) is an iconic and versatile vehicle known for its rugged simplicity and legendary capability. This 1972 Bronco was built on March 6, 1972, at the Michigan Truck Plant and sold new on March 31, 1972, at Tom Stamp Ford in San Clemente, California. Documentation reflects ownership in South Dakota and California.
The Bronco joined the current owner's collection in April 2018 and subsequently underwent a frame-off, nut-and-bolt, investment-quality restoration by ASC 4x4 of Los Angeles, California. It holds a clean and clear California title in the current owner's name and is located in Los Angeles, California. The replacement odometer shows approximately 1,436 miles since restoration; true mileage is unknown.
There are no known mechanical, electrical, major cosmetic, or structural deficiencies—consistent with the quality of this restoration and modification.
Exterior
The exterior presents impeccably, as expected from a frame-off, nut-and-bolt restoration. The uncut steel body, removable hardtop, and frame have been meticulously refinished. The color combination of New Lime and Wimbledon White, enhanced with polished hardware, exemplifies elevated design and attention to detail.
Notable upgrades include a custom 8-point family safety cage, ICON swing-out tire carrier, and a custom tan canvas bikini top for open-air versatility. Additional exterior enhancements include AMP Research power running boards, LED lighting and polished trim.
The Bronco rides on 33 x 11.5 BF Goodrich All-Terrain tires wrapped around 18-inch Detroit Steel wheels, powder-coated in Wimbledon White and fitted with classic Ford F1 hubcaps.
Interior
The interior is a showcase of modern luxury and craftsmanship. Replacement front bucket seats, rear bench and trim are upholstered in butterscotch leather with tan weave cloth inserts. Tan twill carpeting runs throughout, complemented by custom 3-piece floor mats and a micro-suede hardtop headliner.
Additional features include a color coordinating New Lime locking console with cup holders, family safety cage, dash and steering column, wood-wrapped steering wheel, digital gauge cluster, modern air vents, and updated buttons and knobs. Polished trim pieces, gear shifters, and transfer case knobs complete the sophisticated look.
The high-end custom audio system includes a RetroSound Bluetooth digital media head unit, four 6.5” Focal speakers, a 10” Focal subwoofer, and a 5-channel Focal amplifier—all seamlessly integrated into custom enclosures.
Safety upgrades include an 8-point family safety cage, three-point seatbelts, a rearview mirror with integrated backup camera, and power locks with a Viper alarm.
Mechanical
This restomod runs and drives beautifully. Modern drivability is ensured through a Ford Performance four-wheel drive powertrain and upgraded steering, braking, and suspension systems.
